1. NON-CONSENSUAL CONTENT TAKEDOWN POLICY
1.1 Ballistic Blue Limited maintains a zero-tolerance policy for non-consensual content on its platform. Content that depicts any individual without their explicit consent, including intimate images or videos uploaded without permission, is strictly prohibited. This includes situations where content was originally created with consent but later distributed without permission.
1.2 If an individual believes that content featuring them has been uploaded without consent, they may submit a removal request by contacting the platform’s compliance team and providing sufficient information to identify the material, such as the URL, account name, and evidence confirming their identity. Upon receiving a credible complaint, we will promptly review and may disable access to the content while an investigation is conducted.
1.3 Where it is determined that content has been uploaded without consent, the platform will remove the material immediately, take appropriate action against the responsible account (which may include suspension or termination), and where necessary cooperate with law enforcement authorities. We may also take preventative measures to stop the same content from being re-uploaded to the platform.
2. COPYRIGHT / INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY COMPLAINT POLICY (DMCA)
2.1 Ballistic Blue Limited respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users of the platform to do the same. Users may not upload, distribute, or sell content that infringes the copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights of any third party.
2.2 If a copyright owner or authorised representative believes that their intellectual property has been infringed on the platform, they may submit a written complaint containing:
- Identification of the copyrighted work;
- The specific URL or location of the allegedly infringing material;
- Contact details of the complaining party;
- A statement that the complainant believes in good faith that the use is unauthorised;
- A statement that the information provided is accurate.
2.3 Upon receipt of a valid complaint, we will review the request and may remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material while the matter is investigated. Accounts that repeatedly infringe intellectual property rights may be suspended or permanently terminated.
