The Defined Terms in this Policy have the same meaning as those in Our Terms and Conditions.

1. PLATFORM OVERVIEW

1.1 The Platform operates as:

• An online marketplace Platform facilitating transactions between Buyers and Sellers;
• Hosting physical goods for sale by the Seller;
• A hosting and streaming service for adult digital Content;
• A digital payment account and payment facilitation system.

1.2 The prime intention of these facilities is to promote the Sellers ability to market and sell the physical goods listed on this Platform.

1.3 The Content, type, and duration of materials provided by a Seller remain the responsibility of that Seller, subject at all times to Our Terms & Conditions, this Content Moderation & Safety Policy, and applicable law.

2. USERS RESPONSIBILITIES & PROHIBITED CONDUCT

2.1 Users are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of the information they provide during registration and use of the platform. Users warrant that:

• All personal data submitted is truthful and accurate;
• The account represents the user personally.

2.2 We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that submit false or misleading information, without prejudice to any payment claims or legal remedies.

2.3 Users, Sellers and Creators must not use our Platform for:

• Bestiality;
• Extreme violence;
• Defamatory, racist, inflammatory, or otherwise unlawful material;
• Requesting, or transmiting illegal pornography;
• Non-consensual content;
• Harassing, threatening, or violating the legal or personal rights of others;
• Content involving minors, age-ambiguous individuals or simulated minors;
• The introduction of viruses, malware, or malicious code;
• Copyrighted or proprietary material without ownership or permission;
• Content prohibited by any payment scheme rules.

3. OVERVIEW OF THE MODERATION PROCESS

3.1 We employ a multi-layered content moderation framework designed to prevent, detect, and remove illegal, prohibited, or non-compliant content.

3.2 The moderation process includes:

• Preventative controls at onboarding;
• Automated detection systems;
• Human moderation and review;
• User reporting and escalation mechanisms.

3.3 We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to review, restrict, or remove content that violates our Terms & Conditions, this Policy, or applicable law.

4. TECHNOLOGY, TOOLS & HUMAN MODERATION

4.1 The Content moderation framework includes a combination of:

• Automated / Technology-Based Controls – 70% is automated using advanced AI tools.
• Human Moderation Controls: – 30% is trained moderation personnel reviewing flagged or sampled content. With Trust & Safety escalation for high-risk or sensitive cases.

4.2 Automation is used primarily for initial detection and flagging, while final enforcement decisions are taken by human moderators.

5. MONITORING SCOPE: FULL REVIEW VS SAMPLING

5.1 All Pre-recorded content is subject to review prior to publication.

5.2 All user communications are monitored and sampled by human review.

5.3 We do not exempt any content category from moderation oversight.

6. FREQUENCY OF CONTENT REVIEW

6.1 Pre-recorded content is subject to one-time mandatory review before publication and additional review upon report.

6.2 We carry out periodic compliance reviews on Accounts and Profiles.

7. CREATOR ID & VERIFICATION (ID\&V) PROCEDURE

7.1 Initial Verification

All Creators must complete identity and age verification before being permitted to create content. Verification includes:

• Government-issued photo identification.
• Proof of age (18+).
• Liveness or selfie verification.

7.2 Ongoing Verification

• Periodic re-verification at pre-determined intervals.
• Additional verification upon suspicious activity.

7.3 Buyer ID Verification

• All Buyers must complete identity and age verification before being permitted to purchase or stream content.
• Failure to complete verification may result in suspension or termination.

8. NON-CONSENSUAL CONTENT COMPLAINT POLICY

8.1 We strictly prohibit:

• Content created or distributed without consent;
• Revenge pornography;
• Hidden camera or voyeuristic content;
• Impersonation or deepfake sexual content.

9. CSAM (CHILD SEXUAL ABUSE MATERIAL) POLICY

9.1 We prohibit all forms of CSAM, including:

• Sexual content involving minors;
• Age-ambiguous content without verified age;
• Simulated or implied sexual activity involving minors.

9.2 We look for, detect and report where necessary any CSAM. We

• Employ a mandatory human review
• Immediately remove and terminate the account where required
• Report to relevant authorities and reporting bodies as required by law.

9.3 Violations may result in:

• Content removal
• Account suspension
• Permanent termination
• Reporting to authorities where required.

10. USER REPORTING & ESCALATION

10.1 We take any breach of Our policies to be serious whether found by Us or reported by a User. To this end We provide in-platform reporting tools that Users can use to tell Us of any possible breaches.

10.2 We prioritise any handling for reports of CSAM, coercion, and non-consensual content.

10.3 We use a defined escalation procedure for when evidence emerges of such breaches.

11. POLICY REVIEW

11.1 This policy is reviewed periodically to ensure compliance with:

• Applicable laws
• Payment processor and card network rules
• Industry best practices.
