1. POLICY STATEMENT
1.1 We have a zero-tolerance approach to modern slavery and human trafficking in all aspects of our business and supply chains.
1.2 We are committed to acting ethically and with integrity in all our business dealings and implementing effective systems and controls to ensure modern slavery, forced labour, exploitation, and human trafficking are not taking place anywhere within our platform or operations.
1.3 This commitment extends to employees, contractors, platform creators, merchants, vendors, service providers, payment processors, and third‑party partners.
2. SCOPE
2.1 This policy applies to Ballistic Blue Limited, all employees and directors, contractors and consultants, content creators and sellers using the platform, affiliates and marketing partners, and third‑party suppliers and vendors.
2.2 It covers all digital and physical goods or services offered via the platform, including adult content.
3. RISKS IN THE ADULT CONTENT INDUSTRY
3.1 We recognise that the online adult content sector presents elevated risks related to exploitation. These risks may include coercion of individuals into producing content, trafficking victims being forced to create sexual material, content uploaded without the performer’s consent, identity theft or impersonation, exploitation of vulnerable individuals, and financial exploitation through forced labour.
3.2 The company implements safeguards designed to prevent abuse of the platform and protect performers and users.
4. PLATFORM SAFEGUARDS
4.1 Creator Verification
All creators must undergo identity verification before publishing content. This includes government-issued identification, age verification confirming all performers are 18 years of age or older, selfie or biometric verification where applicable, and proof of consent where multiple performers appear.
4.2 Consent Verification
Where content includes multiple performers, creators must confirm that all individuals are over 18, all individuals freely consent to participation, no coercion, trafficking, or exploitation is involved, and appropriate model release documentation is maintained.
4.3 Content Moderation
The platform operates active moderation systems including manual content review, automated detection tools, user reporting mechanisms, and compliance monitoring.
4.4 Content suspected of involving coercion, trafficking, or abuse will be immediately removed and investigated.
5. FINANCIAL MONITORING
5.1 Financial transactions may be monitored to detect suspicious activity, including unusual payout arrangements, payment redirection patterns, and other indicators that an account may be controlled by a third party or that exploitation may be occurring.
5.2 Where concerns arise, accounts may be suspended pending investigation.
6. SUPPLY CHAIN DUE DILIGENCE
6.1 We expect all suppliers and partners to comply with modern slavery laws and ethical employment standards.
6.2 Suppliers should confirm that they do not engage in forced labour or trafficking, maintain fair employment practices, comply with applicable labour laws, and implement safeguards to prevent exploitation.
6.3 Relationships with suppliers may be terminated where breaches are identified.
7. REPORTING CONCERNS
7.1 Anyone who suspects modern slavery, trafficking, or exploitation linked to the platform should report it immediately through the platform reporting tools, customer support channels, or compliance email contacts.

8. ENFORCEMENT
8.1 Violations of this policy may result in immediate removal of content, account suspension or termination, withholding of payments were permitted by law, reporting to law enforcement authorities, and potential legal action.
9. TRAINING AND AWARENESS
9.1 Ballistic Blue Limited promotes awareness of modern slavery risks by training staff involved in moderation and compliance, maintaining reporting procedures, and regularly reviewing platform safety controls.
10. POLICY REVIEW
10.1 This policy will be reviewed annually and updated where necessary to reflect legal developments, industry best practices, and emerging risks in the online adult content sector.
