How to Package an Order
This guide explains how to correctly package customer orders to ensure safe handling, discretion, and timely delivery.
1. Prepare the Items
- Check the order details and ensure all items are correct and free from defects.
- Fold or arrange items neatly to avoid creasing or damage in transit.
2. Use a Sealed Zip-Lock Bag
- Place all items inside a sealed zip-lock bag.
- Ensure the bag is fully closed with no gaps or openings – removing excess air to preserve the freshness of your goods.
- This step is essential for safe and discreet handling.
3. Add Order Information
- Insert the packing slip or order confirmation inside the zip-lock bag (or attached securely if preferred by internal process).
- Make sure customer or the discreet hub details are clearly visible and match the order.
4. Place in Secure Postage or Jiffy Bag (Outer Packaging)
- Insert the sealed zip-lock bag into a secure postage bag such as a Jiffy bag (bubble-lined envelope) or box.
- Ensure the item fits comfortably without excessive folding or pressure.
- The bag should be strong enough to protect the contents during shipping.
5. Seal the Package
- Remove any air from the Jiffy bag where possible.
- Seal the envelope or box securely.
- Double-check that the package is fully closed and cannot be opened easily in transit.
6. Final Checks
Before dispatch, confirm:
- The zip-lock bag is properly sealed inside the package.
- The Jiffy bag or box is securely sealed.
- No product details are visible from the outside (for discretion).
- The shipping label is correctly attached and readable.
Key Requirement Reminder
All orders must be:
- Sealed in a zip-lock bag
- Placed inside a padded Jiffy bag or box for outer packaging
This ensures products are delivered safely and discreetly to customers.
